BHARAT JODO Privacy Policy

BHARAT JODO is a transport operations platform for companies, their admins, staff, drivers, parties and suppliers. This policy explains how information is handled when the portal or Android app is used.
Information we process
Depending on the enabled modules and user role, the service may process account contact details, company and company-code records, transport and trip records, vehicle and driver details, financial entries, PAN and GST verification details, consent-based Aadhaar and driving licence documents, optional Aadhaar record details, subscription or recharge status, and driver location when real-time tracking is enabled.
How it is used
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce role and company access, operate transport workflows, produce reports, support subscriptions and API recharges, prevent misuse, and provide customer support.
Sharing and security
Data may be processed by configured infrastructure and service providers such as Firebase/Google services and payment or verification providers only to deliver enabled features. Access is restricted by authentication and company role. Network connections use HTTPS where supported.
Location
Driver location is processed only when the tracking feature is enabled and permission is granted. Company admins can use this information for active fleet operations. The current driver link shares GPS while the page is open after consent; Stop Sharing ends updates. This release does not claim background location tracking.
Payments and exports
Paid Tally exports store a fixed copy of the exported accounting records, payment reference and approval history so that authorized users can retry downloads. Website payments use manual UPI verification; supported Play Store purchases are verified through Google Play. We do not collect UPI PINs or card numbers.
Advertising
Google advertising is limited to public transport guide pages and the public Load / Vehicle board when approved listings are available. Login, OTP, company selection, private workspaces and driver tracking pages do not load Google ads. On public guide pages, Google and its partners may use cookies and process browser/device identifiers and usage information for advertising and fraud prevention, subject to applicable consent requirements and your settings. We do not send customer ledgers, company records or driver GPS to the public advertising integration. Learn more about Google advertising technologies and controls.
Retention and deletion
Business records are retained while the company account requires them or as required for legal, accounting and security purposes. Account or data-deletion requests can be sent to the support contact below, subject to applicable record-retention obligations.
